Redbow, a division of ERO3 Group LLC, is a business solutions company that believes in people first. Technology will never supplant the human drive but it can greatly aid or hinder the greatest and smallest of endeavors. The RedBow founders have seen too many products which hinder efforts of people by being overly complex or trying to provide too many features and failing to meet expectations on any. Instead of complaining to other software developers, we decided to make our own products that work the way they should. Our dynamic team of ninjas has many years of I.T. industry, project management, and management experience.

We want to help you by delivering the best value in the industry! Our goal is to change the status quo culture of sub par software. We work for you, the customer, and we believe Yes We Can! We’re bendy hard-working ninjas with experience in variety of industries and working with multi-million dollar/multi-year projects as well as small business projects with a short term/budget.

We’re a very fundamentally solid team that thought there better options out there for some of our favorite softwares. We’d thought that we’d seen our fair share of apps/software out there that was less than stellar. Instead of writing to the makers of the software, we’ve thought we’d give it a go for ourselves since we have had over 60 years of combined I.T. industry experience between our members.

We want to help - we’re not here to make a quick buck and hit the road. We’ve been on the other side of crappy software with crappier support. We’re looking to change that culture, starting with our own. That being said, we’re able and willing to bend towards the customer more. We’re agile, we can make things happen in record time and with record customer satisfaction.

That doesn’t mean that we’re small minded though! We have a diverse range of experience in project management in a variety of industries and have experience working with multi-million dollar/mulit-year projects as well as small business projects with a short term/budget.

The concept of project management as a whole is very simple when you break it down to its simplest form:

Projects are composed of tasks, done by people, within certain time frames.

Where this can get confusing is when you muddy the waters.  If things are put forward for those people to find that task to which they’re assigned, the project can drift.  Finding the best tool to keep people on track is how you’re best going to spend your money.

If you’re doing it, we’ve done it! Unless you’re talking about managing a program to put a man on the moon because we haven’t done that. Also, we haven’t written software that will make you breakfast or teach your children the value of hard work.

We also haven’t managed a project worth one trillion dollars, yet. But other than that, we’ve probably done it, had a hand in doing something like it, or know someone who is friends with Kevin Bacon who undoubtedly did it or knows someone who has done it.
