Responsibilities:
We are in search of a “Commission Only” Sales Agent to identify develop and cultivate relationships to create new sales, drive product integration, and consistently meet or exceed sales goals.

To Qualified Candidates We Offer:
• A staggered pay scale starting at 10% (and up) of all sales plus sales bonuses for renewals; Earning potential up to $80K + (with expanded territory).
• 100% flexibility in your work schedule. You will not be micro-managed as long as sales numbers are met.
• Ability to create your own success through RedBow.

Qualifications:

• Must have a solid understanding of the sales process of high dollar sales.
• Must be successful in closing relationship based sales.
• Software sales experience required.
• Pre-qualified leads.
• Some travel possibly needed.
• Must be able to learn products quickly and adapt to a sales process.
• A proven track record that demonstrates an ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers and increase sales
• Knowledge of tech software and project management, and of advertising sales (preferred)
• Degree in marketing or business (preferred)
• Strong relationship building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and contact management systems
• Ability to work independently and have a strong desire for professional growth and development
